Meet the Founder
Hi I’m Chris! I’ve been an executive at four startups, one of which sold to a Fortune 500 company and the other is now public. Instead of jumping into my fifth one, I decided why not help lots of startups. I already mentored a ton of people on the side but it wasn’t until I joined a women’s executive group that I realized no one is focused on helping diverse startup teams like women, minorities or even first-time founders…so that is the reason I started CM Advisory Group….to Empower Startups.

I love startups. I love the ideas, the pace, the culture, the people, the ability to fail fast or grow and YES even the stress of convincing people to give you money. Both my parents owned their own small businesses so I’ve been around entrepreneurs my whole life. I did the large company, large team career path for 20 years always dabbling in launching new divisions and often focused working with SMBs…but the day I joined my first startup I was alive with how quickly you can test, change and make a difference.
My philosophy is that we should be able to finish most projects together quickly so you can get on with running your business. So if you are looking for help - let’s have a conversation.
